Job Description

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Quezon City
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional manner

Provide accurate information about products and services

Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions

Document customer interactions and update records in the system

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues

Meet performance metrics such as quality, customer satisfaction, and response time

Qualifications:
At least High School (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Amenable to shifting schedules and working onsite
