Your Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile. Ensured client satisfaction was always the top priority.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Needed Qualifications:

English Skill: Good to excellent. You've got clear speech. You're positive and active in extracurricular activities.
Equipment:
Computer with noise-cancelling headphones
Experts recommend having at least 16 GB of RAM, with 8 gigabytes as the least needed.
Laptop: 8th Gen Core i5 or AMD Ryzen.
Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000+ or 10th Gen Core i3+
Mac: Core i5 (2017+), Core i7 (2016+)
Internet: 50 Mbps fiber
