Job Description

TASQ is looking to fill an on-site position for a IT Network Architecture and Engineering Engineer I (WFH) immediately.

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the definition, implementation, and monitoring of Enterprise Architecture principles. This role drives collaboration within the EA community and ensures compliance with enterprise standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Associates degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Significant experience in Architecture, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
Project Management certification is a plus.
Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable):

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with architecture software such as LEANIX is a plus.
Soft Skills:

Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Experienced meeting facilitator, capable of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Self-motivated and directed more of a doer than a thinker.
Open-minded and adaptable.
EA Governance:

Administer tools for EA operations.
Maintain and update EA processes and documentation.
Develop training materials.
EA Support & Coordination:

Coordinate day-to-day EA inventory and quality reviews.
Ensure stakeholder efficiency and adherence to standards.
Document, share, and communicate EA principles.
Update and map all EA components.
