Job Description
Conduct outreach to cold leads, primarily real estate agents
Present and promote the PMS platform to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
Work daily with CRM systems to track and manage leads
Identify customer needs and align them with platform features to demonstrate clear business value
Requirements:
At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably software or tech solutions
Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Solid understanding or background in the real estate industry required
Prior experience selling to the US market must
Excellent English communication skills clear, fluent, and professional
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Availability to work Monday to Friday, US time zone
