Job Description
Schedule: Night Shift (Flexible hours may apply)
Setup: 100% Onsite
Account Type: Voice – Handles credit card concerns
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd-year undergraduate (no back subjects)
- College graduates
- Minimum 2 years of BPO experience
- At least 6 months of experience in a Spanish/Bilingual account (REQUIRED)
- Financial account experience not required

Must hold a 13A Visa or be a Permanent Resident in the Philippines
