Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer with a valid professional certification.
- 10+ years of experience in geodetic surveying, mapping, and geospatial analysis.
- Expertise in land, hydrographic, and aerial surveying techniques.
- Proficiency in geodetic software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, MicroSurvey, Trimble Business Center.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to manage field teams and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of geodetic laws, property boundaries, and land titling procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct land, hydrographic, and aerial surveys using geodetic instruments
- Prepare and verify topographic, boundary, and cadastral maps
- Establish control points and perform leveling and alignment surveys
- Ensure accurate data computation and adjustments
- Process and analyze data using GIS and CAD software
- Validate geodetic information for project compliance
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for approvals
