Job Description
We are seeking reliable, courteous, and professional Company Drivers to assist our real estate team with property tripping and client site visits. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient transportation experience for clients and staff during company events, real estate viewings and tours.
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate or Completion of Relevant Vocational Course
• Must possess Professional Driver’s License
• Preferably with at least two (2) years work experience as a driver
• With knowledge in basic vehicle troubleshooting/ repair
• Can be flexible with schedule
General Responsibilities of Drivers
1. Safe Vehicle Operation
a. Drive vehicles responsibly and in compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
b. Maintain situational awareness to prevent accidents.
c. Turn off engines when not in use.
2. Vehicle Maintenance and Inspections
a. Conduct routine checks on the vehicle such as brakes, tires, lights, oil levels, water, battery, gas and engine.
b. Schedule and adhere to maintenance appointments to change oil, replacement of battery, and tire replacement
c. Report any mechanical issues promptly.
3. Adherence to Schedules
a. Follow designated routes and timelines for passenger transport
b. Inform the appropriate party of delays or unexpected circumstances.
4. Customer Service
a. Interact politely with passengers or clients.
b. Provide assistance with opening doors
5. Documentation and Records
a. Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
b. Ensure proper documentation for delivered goods or passengers.
6. Compliance with Company Policies
a. Follow company-specific driving protocols and rules.
b. Abide by health and safety guidelines.
7. Vehicle Cleanliness
a. Daily Cleaning – Ensure the company vehicle is cleaned at the start and end of each shift, including wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, and removing any trash.
b. Exterior Maintenance – Regularly wash and polish the vehicle to maintain a professional appearance, preventing dirt buildup that could affect visibility and branding.
c. Interior Hygiene – Keep the interior sanitized, including seats, dashboard, and door handles, to provide a comfortable and safe environment for passengers. Use air fresheners to prevent and eliminate odor. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the company vehicle.
d. Trash Disposal – Regularly remove any waste, food wrappers, or unnecessary items from the vehicle to maintain a neat and organized space.
8. Safety-Oriented Practices
a. Always wear seatbelts and ensure passengers do the same.
b. Avoid using mobile devices while driving unless hands-free.
c. Stay updated on local traffic laws and regulations.
