Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Drive the project to achieve the milestone
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Understand existing application architecture and solution design
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming patterns, and solving complex problems
Experience with working with Agile methodology and scrums, and stand ups
Demonstrated history of excellent troubleshooting, analytical. and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high quality systems and software products
Strong written & oral communication skills
Lead or Mentor junior and/or mid-level developers
Review code and establish best practices


Qualification
Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management or a related field (can consider other academic programs as long as technical background aligns with the role)

5 – 9 years .Net Development experience

Good experience in Microsoft Technologies and full stack development (MEAN and/or MERN)

Good experience in C#, .NET Core, Angular, ReactJS, SQL Server

Experience in database designing, writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning

ASP.NET Core/ Web API

Modular programming in Angular, Type Script, ReactJS, and other front-end unit testing tools

Good-to-have:

Good to have work experience in Oracle, SSIS, SSRS

Good to have Azure or any cloud certifications
