Job Description
-Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid professional certification.
-DPWH-Accredited Materials Engineer II certification.
-10+yrs experience in materials testing, quality control, and compliance in infrastructure projects.
-Proficiency in using laboratory and field-testing equipment for soil, asphalt, concrete, and aggregates.
-Familiarity with construction material software and laboratory management systems.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
duties & responsibilities:
-Conduct lab and field tests on construction materials per DPWH standards.
-Evaluate material properties for strength, durability, and stability.
-Monitor material performance throughout the project.
-Implement quality control procedures for consistency.
-Ensure compliance with DPWH, local, and international standards.
-Inspect sites to verify material quality and mix designs.
-Prepare and submit testing reports and compliance documents.
-Maintain records of test results and quality control processes.
