If you're a Senior High School graduate or have completed at least 2 years of college with 2 years of BPO experience, and have at least 1 year handling international voice accounts, this opportunity is for you! Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions about their loan accounts and provide clear, helpful solutions
- Handle phone calls in a professional and friendly way, even during tough conversations
- Follow company guidelines and always aim to make each customer’s experience a great one

Needed Qualifications:
- SHS graduate or completed at least 2 years in college with 2 years of BPO experience
- At least 1 year experience in an international voice account
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift schedule
