Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide financial services.
- Make and take calls with expertise.
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.
Needed Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education.
- You need at least 3 months of call center experience.
- Good communication and listening skills. And you should be able to provide relevant answers with confidence.
