Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Antipolo
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
AGE PREFERENCE: 35 -45 years old
*For those currently employed, must be able to render a maximum of 15 days’ notice due to the urgent nature of the hiring
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- CPA License is ADVANTAGEOUS
- 5+ years of Accounting experience | 2 years in a Supervisory role
- With strong and solid experience purely in Accounting functions (not mixed with other functions)
- With a good record of long tenure in previous companies (not frequently transferring)
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
