Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Officer to oversee cash management, banking relationships, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal liquidity while maintaining accurate financial records for Twincom Asia Pacific Inc. and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Management:
Develop and monitor daily cash flow projections
Optimize fund allocation between accounts
Prepare and update cash flow budgets
Banking & Transactions:
Serve as primary bank liaison
Supervise check preparation, approval, and safekeeping
Verify and recommend supplier/creditor payments
Collections & Receivables:
Monitor accounts receivable aging
Oversee daily collection deposits
Follow up on overdue payments
Reporting & Compliance:
Assist in annual budgeting
Maintain accurate treasury records
Resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of treasury, cash management, or banking experience
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
