Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Forecast finances
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and month-end close process
Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations
Make and analyze financial reports
Qualifications:
BS degree in Accountancy or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 3 years of work experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
Very well-versed in bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to direct and supervise
Compensation:
Php 40,000 - 50,000
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
One Saturday workday per month (every last Saturday)
