Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic call center team in Baguio City. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and efficient information to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
* High School/Senior High School graduate or completed at least 2nd year of college.
* College graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Amenable to working on-site in Baguio City and a shifting schedule.
Compensation:
- Up to ₱24,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
