Job Description

• Supervises daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger management, and accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and other related processes that involves accounting.
• Ensures that accounting policies and work instructions are adhered to, and resolves discrepancies and errors with the team and other concerned parties
• Ensures the timely and accurate recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses by the team in accordance with accounting standards in effect.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, but not limited to Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, and related reports on time and with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance and timely preparation and filing of all tax returns and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy of the financial data provided by the accounting system.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements and compliance with labor regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to accounting staff to enhance team performance.
• Adhere to Key Performance Indicators provided by the senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

SALARY RANGE:
40,000 – 60,000

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday- Friday
