Allied Healthcare Professional

This will be in a CPO (Clinical Process Outsourcing) setting. The job would involve providing patient care, monitoring patients' health conditions, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and advocating for patients' needs. Basically, you will still be doing your practice as an Allied Healthcare Professional, just in CPO setting.

Qualifications
- Active PRC license
- Willing to work in a pure onsite working set-up in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (non-negotiable)
- 1 year SOLID experience in Direct Patient Care **Internship is not counted**
- Graduate of any Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or any related field
- Willing to start ASAP

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
- Handles concerns from the respective client either through voice support or non-voice assistance. Experience in this field is not required since we provide training.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to coordinate patient care, ensuring that patients receive appropriate and timely medical services while optimizing resource utilization.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding services, policies, or processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
