BRAND ACTIVATION SPECIALIST

Job summary:

It plays a crucial role in connecting a brand with its target audience through creative and engaging experiences. Their job goes beyond traditional marketing; it’s about making a brand come alive in a way that resonates deeply with consumers.

Job responsibilities:

· Translates all marketing strategies to relevant materials such as POPs, social media content, imageries etc.

· Maintains updated product kits for all distribution channel

· Management of Social Media accounts of the brand. Develops a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through content management in social media such as FB, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram. Increase engagement by 20% month on month.

· Religiously post online content to all digital platforms. Posting should be at least 3x a week

· Serves as the PR conduit for the brand for sponsorships and partnerships

· Communicates with mall marketing team for possible collaboration in building brand mileage (such as social media features, write-ups, mall promotion, events, expansion, highlight display/window display). Works with marketing agencies for Tri media exposures (radio, tv, newspaper) and brand research.

· Plans, develop and implements creative event marketing strategies for the brands.

· Ensures that all activations are properly implemented and within the approved budget

· Monitors, follows, repost and reports brand engagements of brand ambassadors.

· Responded 100% to online inquiries in FB and Instagram pages in less than 24hrs.

· Responds and convert inquiries to sales. Coordinates with Sales Admin and other concerned groups with regards to online orders, Shopee account and other sales generating activities that will encourage on-line customers to purchase items.

· Prepares, submits and files relevant product-related reports and documents.

· Recommends and analyze the type of support that should be given to the clients

· Ensures proper filing of documents and corporate giveaways for easy reference and retrieval

Job qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing or any business-related courses.

· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates with good scholastic record may be considered.

· Ability to develop fresh, engaging, and innovative ideas that capture the audience attention.

· Thinking outside the box to create memorable experiences and marketing strategies that differentiate the brand.

· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

· Ability to create detailed plans, set clear timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.

· Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and influencer collaborations.

· A keen eye for details in every aspect of the campaign, whether it’s the creative, logistics or customer experience.

· Proficient in MS Office applications and Google workspace

· Strong conceptualization and interpersonal skills

· Physically fit to perform indoor and outdoor activities

· Willing to travel and do field work
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
