Job Description
We're looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to join our Financial Account team in Pasay, Metro Manila!
If you’ve completed at least 2 years of college and have 2 years of international voice experience in collections for banking or financial accounts, this is your chance to take your career to the next level. Show off your communication skills and grow with us!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Help customers with account concerns and payment solutions in a professional and friendly way
Handle financial inquiries clearly and confidently over the phone
Follow guidelines and provide accurate information to resolve issues quickly
Needed Qualifications:
At least 2 years of college completed
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in international voice BPO (collections in banking/financial accounts)
