Job Description

We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and friendly Online Personnel to join our growing team! If you're confident online, love engaging with people, and know your way around social media platforms—this job is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and orders through online platforms
- Manage messages, comments, and interactions on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Help organize and post content when needed
- Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth order processing
- Keep records of conversations and customer concerns
- Provide excellent customer service through digital channels

Requirements:

- Must have a good personality and strong online communication skills
- At least a high school graduate
- Must have a valid NBI Clearance
- Knowledge in using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Comfortable using a smartphone or computer
- Must be responsible, organized, and a fast learner
- Experience in online selling or customer support is a plus!

Work Setup:

- Full-time / On-site (Pasay City)
- Fixed daily schedule with check-ins
