Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for leadership.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role preferably in Branch Management
At least 3 years experience in People Management
Must have proven experience in Non-Life and Life Insurance
Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with the digital general insurance platform for South East Asia.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
