Job Description
- Business Course Graduate
- At least 1 year experience in handling E-Commerce
- Advance knowledge in Excel
- Advance knowledge in PowerPoint presentation
KEY ROLES:
- Manage and maintain day-to-day activities of E-Commerce platforms and websites (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.)
- Strategically set up and update product listings and campaigns across all platforms
- Set up campaign and inspect store decoration, product information, promo, checkout process, etc. to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Submit sales report/requirement in a timely manner, analyze the performance of products, categories, and campaigns on a regular basis to predict future sales and stock requirements
- Monitor inventory, orders and sales using platform analytics and Google Sheet and/or MS Excel (pivot tablets, vlookups, etc.). Formulate recommendations to stakeholders in order to boost its performance on the site.
- Check market trends, analyze market competitions, and report to superiors
- Attends to customer queries and offer after-sales concerns including issue of refunds
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, tech-savvy, excellent communication and collaboration skills
WORK LOCATION: On site
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday (8AM - 5PM)
SALARY RANGE: 20k - 25k
