Job Description

- The role involves conducting research, analyzing business trends, preparing reports, and facilitating planning sessions to align the organization’s objectives with its long-term goals.
- Assist Planning Unit Head in drafting corporate plans and directions.
- Supports facilitation of annual Strategic Planning activities.
- Ensures regular departmental KPI reporting and monitoring of target achievement based on the approved MTBP.
- Supports Comptrollership and business units in budget deliberations and budget monitoring related to approved MTBP.
- Coordinates with business control departments (Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal) to ensure that plans are within the legal bounds of TFSPH - business and standards, and that all potential risks have corresponding mitigations.
- Provides administrative support by managing task calendar, coordinating day-to-day logistics, processing, and monitoring requests and issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of planning financial analysis, and or people management experience.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in project management.
