Landscape Manager

• Communicating project details to clients and other team members throughout the planning and implementation process
• Coordinating with other members of the design team to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed.
• Managing budgets and time frames to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Preparing proposals and managing bids to help ensure that projects are profitable, while also keeping costs within budget guidelines
• Managing a team of designers, architects, engineers, construction workers, and others involved in the actual construction process.
• Estimating materials costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and other expenses related to the project.
• Developing a detailed design plan for each project, working closely with designers and architects to create a plan that meets client needs.
• Reviewing plans for potential problems or issues with the design team before submitting them to clients for approval
• Organizing and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and hiring contractors or other workers.
