Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and a
minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role.
Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
Knowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design skills, and a
clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles (a plus).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio of digital projects.
Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Canva or Adobe XD.
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Ability to create interactive prototypes for usability testing.
Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, apps, and digital
products.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social
media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design outcomes.
Creating and developing layouts and designs for campaigns.
Develop and maintain a consistent UI style guide.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement innovative ideas.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Manage design workflow from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and
maintaining high-quality deliverables.
