Job Description
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Previous experience working in an operating room or surgical setting.
Certification in perioperative nursing (e.g., CNOR).
Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification.
Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and terminology.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of best practices in infection control and patient safety.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment.
Associate degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited program.
Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of surgical nursing practices.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
