Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information
Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas:
BI Tools: Power BI, SQL Server SSIS, SSAS &; SSRS, Oracle Data Integrations/OWB, Microstrategy, Datastage, Teradata, Cognos, SAP
Bobj, Qlikview, Yellowfin, Jaspersoft.
• Data visualization.
• Relational Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
• BI data architecture.
• Data warehouse design.
• Performance tuning and optimization.
• Designing data models, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and 1-3NF data models.
• Logical and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks across multiple work
streams.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Fundamental knowledge of Agile Methodology, SDLC, Waterfall, or any Project
Management Methodology
is a plus.
• Background in scoping, planning, and project management is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to work onsite on a day shift under an initial
6-month contract, with the
possibility of extension.
• Willing to start work immediately.
SALARY:
60,000-80,000
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
*Project Based/Independent Contractor for 6 months, with the possibility of renewal
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday (day shift)
*remote work can be arranged for at least once a week
