Job Description
Manage customer queries via chat, email, and ticketing systems related to shipments, tracking, delivery delays, missing parcels, or returns.
Provide timely and accurate updates on package status and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with internal logistics teams and third-party carriers to resolve customer issues.
Process requests for rescheduling deliveries, address changes, or lost/damaged parcels.
Investigate delivery complaints and escalate cases as necessary to the appropriate teams.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions using CRM or ticketing software.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Stay updated on company shipping policies, carrier procedures, and platform tools.
