Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through live chat, email, and support tickets.

Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, payment issues, and product information.

Resolve concerns quickly and accurately while maintaining brand tone and empathy.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams (logistics, tech, payments, etc.).

Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions using CRM and support tools.

Monitor multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate info.

Meet or exceed KPIs such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
