Creative Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
-Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products.
-Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
-Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
-Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.
-Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design outcomes.
-Creating and developing layouts and designs for campaigns.
-Develop and maintain a consistent UI style guide.
-Stay up-to-date with design trends and implement innovative ideas.
-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
-Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives
-Manage design workflow from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role.
-Experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
-Knowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI design.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design skills, and a clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
-Experience with user experience (UX) design principles (a plus).
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
-A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
-Experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio of digital projects.
-Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Canva or Adobe XD.
-Understanding of user-centered design principles.
-Ability to create interactive prototypes for usability testing.
-Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (a plus).
