Job Description
Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
CPA preferred
Minimum 10 years experience in Accounting or Finance, with 5 years of managerial role
Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, Financial reporting and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Accounting software and Financial management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to think strategically and develop long term financial plans
Experience with budgeting and forecasting
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
Experience with internal controls and audit processes
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
Ability to direct and supervise
Preferably residing in Paranaque or nearby areas (Las Pinas, Taguig, Muntinlupa, Pasay)
