If you're a Senior High School graduate or 2nd-year college undergraduate with at least 1 year of international voice BPO experience, we’d love to have you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with loan-related concerns over the phone.
-Provide accurate information and resolve issues quickly.
-Maintain a professional and helpful tone in every call.
Needed Qualifications:
-SHS Graduate or 2nd-Year College Undergrad.
-1 year of international voice BPO experience.
-Willing to work night shifts, onsite, with fixed weekends off.
