Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring timely and efficient
processing of items.
• Assign duties to laundry staff and monitor productivity and quality of output.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate laundry team members to maintain high standards of
performance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet cleanliness, repair, and presentation standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laundry equipment; coordinate repairs and routine maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, detergents, and linens; place orders as
needed.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and sanitation standards in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on production, staff performance, and
maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping, nursing,
or guest services) to ensure smooth linen delivery schedules and special requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• K-12 graduate or equivalent (Associate or Technical degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in commercial or industrial laundry operations.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and operations.
• Understanding of safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management)

SALARY:
20,000 PLUS 10% COMMISSION AFTER REGULARIZATION
