Job Description
• Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to the Australian construction and
decorative materials industry.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, articles) across social
media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube).
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and informative
content.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the construction, building
materials, or home decor industries.(3 to 5 years of experience as social media manager)
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video
editing software.
• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand storytelling.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Experience in influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with the Australian market and audience is a plus
