Data Analytics Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Associate to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets using SQL, designing and interpreting A/B tests, and generating insights that directly impact business strategy, product development, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various data sources.
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate product features, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends and KPIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and cleaning.
- Stay up-to-date with data analysis best practices, tools, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, including hypothesis design, test setup, and result interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
