Stocking shelves
Disposing of trash
Sanitizing food preparation areas
Maintaining kitchen equipment
Creating and maintaining a cleaning schedule for the kitchen
Cleaning the stoves, ovens, pots, pans, grills, and refrigerators
Preparing and serving food
Performing inventory of supplies
