Job Summary:
Oversee our Roxas City branch operations while expanding market presence and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of branch operations
Develop and execute growth strategies
Build and maintain client relationships
Supervise and train staff members
Ensure compliance with banking regulations
Qualifications:
3-5 years banking operations experience
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent verbal/written communication
Local market knowledge preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:30PM
