Manage our Davao branch operations while driving business growth and maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance
Achieve business targets through strategic planning
Develop new client relationships
Lead and motivate branch team
Resolve customer concerns effectively
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years branch operations experience
Demonstrated business development success
Strong ethical standards and leadership
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Banking/finance background preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:30PM
