Job Description
Process accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and managing collections
Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Manage payroll and related reporting (if applicable)
Monitor financial transactions and reports to ensure compliance with laws and company policies
Coordinate with accountants and auditors for tax preparation and audits
Maintain and organize digital and paper financial documents
