JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Assistant’s main responsibilities include maintaining the website, ensuring user-friendly design,
monitoring site traffic, troubleshooting website issues, updating website content, and assisting in online marketing
initiatives.
Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with a keen understanding of e-commerce trends, online customer behavior, and
has the ability to drive conversion and boost online sales.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and maintain day-to-day activities of e-commerce platforms and websites (Lazada, Shopee,
Tiktok, etc.).
2. Strategically set up and update product listings and campaigns across all platforms
3. Setup campaign and inspect store decoration, product information, promo, checkout process, etc. to ensure
their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
4. Submit sales report/requirement a timely manner analyze the performance of products, categories, and
campaigns on a regular basis to predict future sales and stock requirements
5. Monitor inventory, orders and sales using platform analytics and Google Sheet and/or MS Excel (pivot
tables, vlookups, etc) Formulate recommendations to stakeholders in order to boost its performance on the
site.
6. Check market trends, analyze market competitions, and report to superiors.
7. Attends to customer queries and after-sales concerns including issue of refunds.
8. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Tech-savvy, excellent
communication and collaboration skills
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9. Knowledge on ecommerce/online shopping is a must Knowledgeable on Adobe Photoshop and other basic
photo editing tool is an advantage.
10. Willing to work on sale (1.1,2.2, 3.3, payday sale) Must be online during campaign days.
11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
12. Assist in other marketing such as events and trade fair exhibitions.
13. Assist in preparation of marketing materials.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Business Course graduate.
- At least 1 year experience in handling E-Commerce
- Advance knowledge in Excel
- Advance knowledge in powerpoint presentation
SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• On site (CBY Head Office)
• Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm
