Job Description

As a Client Account Officer in our growing electrical services team, you will be the key point of contact between clients, electricians, and office operations. Your role is to ensure excellent customer experience by coordinating job bookings, handling client accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation using the ServiceM8 platform. You will assist in streamlining workflows, managing day-to-day service tasks, and supporting the team in delivering prompt and professional electrical services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update jobs using ServiceM8, including quote creation, scheduling, invoicing, and status tracking.
Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or ServiceM8’s communication tool.
Schedule and dispatch electricians efficiently to ensure timely job completion.
Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and certificates, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain up-to-date client records, job notes, and job histories.
Collaborate with field staff to gather accurate job details, photos, and documentation.
Monitor ServiceM8 dashboard for urgent requests and overdue tasks
Liaise with suppliers regarding parts and materials as required by job scopes.
Support the accounting team with reconciliations, billing issues, and financial reporting.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, customer service, or client account role (experience in a trade or service-based industry preferred).
Hands-on experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of electrical industry terminology and processes.
Familiarity with invoicing systems or basic accounting principles.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
