Job Description
Greet and assist customers in choosing cosmetics suited to their needs
Demonstrate proper use of makeup products (e.g., foundation, lipstick, skincare)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beauty display area
Monitor inventory and report stock levels or fast-moving items
Achieve sales targets and assist in store promotions
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage
Handle customer concerns and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
Qualifications:
At least high school graduate (Senior High or equivalent preferred)
With experience in cosmetics, beauty retail, or customer service is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge or interest in makeup, skincare, and current beauty trends
Well-groomed, confident, and approachable
Can start ASAP
Willing to be assigned in SM Olongapo
