Branch Account Trainee

Job Summary:
The Branch Account Trainee supports the finance and accounting functions at the branch level of an insurance company. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in handling day-to-day financial transactions, assisting with branch reporting, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recording and reconciling daily financial transactions including premiums, claims, commissions, and expenses.

Support the preparation of financial reports such as branch income statements, expense reports, and reconciliations.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation of financial records and transactions.

Assist with cash management including deposits, petty cash, and cash flow tracking.

Help monitor accounts receivable and payable for the branch.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems.

Support internal audits and help implement audit recommendations.

Follow up with relevant departments on outstanding financial matters.

Adhere to all company policies, financial controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Learn and utilize accounting software and financial systems used within the organization.

Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist: Must hold a valid pharmacy license. We welcome fresh graduates.
