Job Description

Sapient is on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused professional to join our Australia-based customer service team in Ortigas, Pasig! If you have sales experience in BPO, this is your chance to earn competitive pay while working in a dynamic and engaging environment.
If you're a high school or senior high school graduate with at least 6 months of BPO sales experience, we’d love to have you on board!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Handle customer inquiries and sales-related concerns in a professional manner.
-Provide top-notch service to Australian customers in a shifting schedule setup.
-Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals and KPIs.

Needed Qualifications:

-High school or senior high school graduate (Old or new curriculum).
-At least 6 months of BPO sales experience.
-B2 CEFR English proficiency – clear and effective communication is key!
-Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig, with a shifting schedule.
