Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Fluent in English & N1 level Japanese Speaker
- Has experience in Customer Service work
- Must be flexible and can work under pressure
- Can handle multiple tasks
- Can assist Japanese management
- Must take the whole responsibility of training staff across branches
