Job Description

Sapient is looking for detail-oriented communicators who can turn every hotel booking into a seamless experience! We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative in Makati (Techzone) to assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and inquiries.
If you're at least 18, have great communication skills, and are ready to work onsite in shifting schedules, we want you on board!

Your Key Responsibilities:

-Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
-Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth reservation process.
-Deliver exceptional service that makes travel planning stress-free.

Needed Qualifications:

-High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS graduate.
-Strong English communication skills.
-Willing to work onsite in shifting schedules.
