POSITION: Korean Bilingual Customer Expert ( Fraud Account )
WORK SET UP : Onsite
WORK SCHEDULE: MID / NIGHT SHIFT
SALARY PACKAGE: 85,000

Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) must be fluent in both English and Korean language.
- Fraud Detection experience is a must
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work onsite
