Job Description
-Ensure efficient operations and seamless interdepartmental coordination.
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction targets.
-Monitor departmental performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
-Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads and key staff.
-Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
Skills requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 5 years of experience in automotive sales and after sales
-With 5 years of experience in customer satisfaction and retention
-With 5 years of experience in financial and operational management
-With 5 years of experience in branch or dealership management
