Job Description
• Assist customers via calls and provide appropriate and timely resolution to concerns or queries following client's SOPs thereby ensuring customer satisfaction
• Acts as the first line Service Desk POC for any technical concerns of customers
Required Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in speaking, writing & reading German
• With at least 1 year customer facing work experience from any industry for foreign applicants and at least 1 year of BPO experience as German speaker for locals
• Service desk experience is a huge advantage but not required
• Conversant in English as secondary language
• Graduate of any degree, undergrads are also encouraged to apply
• Amenable to work onsite 100% in our Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Office observing night shift and shifting schedules
