Job Description

Wellness Program Team Lead
Location: Aura
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Up to PHP 50,000/month
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and inspire a team of counselors to deliver exceptional wellness programs
Develop, implement, and maintain wellness standards and policies
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders via MBR, QBR, and HBR meetings
Analyze wellness data to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements
Ensure all documentation, reporting, and compliance are in place
Work with recruitment and onboarding teams to embed wellness into the employee journey
Oversee internal and client-facing reports and contribute to wellness research

What You’ll Bring:
A degree in Psychology or a related field
Experience in wellness program development, counseling, and team leadership
Strong analytical skills and a passion for employee well-being
